Otaki Boating Club
Otaki Boating Club is a local boating club established in 2006 by a group of likeminded boaties seeking fellowship and safety at sea off Otaki Beach.
The club offers a support network to families and individuals while boating off Otaki Beach including safe launching and retrieval of boats and education on local conditions.
What We Do
- Provide suitable tractors for boat launching and retrieval
- Provide education/training on safe launching and retrieval
- Give advice on local beach and sea conditions
- Facilitate a network of local boat owners who may be called on in an emergency at sea
- Provide fishing updates and catch reports
- Promote training courses for club members
- Give confidence to our families, our children and friends by promoting safe boating practices
